How to use
Work BLONDME Cool Blondes Neutralizing Shampoo into wet hair and leave in for up to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. After shampooing with BLONDME Cool Blondes Neutralizing Shampoo, work into towel-dried hair and rinse thoroughly after 2-3 minutes.
