How to use

Mix Kenra Color Simply Blonde Base Breaker 1:1 with 20V Kenra Color Creme Devloper. Apply to dry hair or towel dried hair and process for up to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly; shampoo & condition with the appropriate Kenra Prefessional care products.
